A while back the Inquirer ran some early tests with the same card but buggy drivers forced them to abandon the review. Luckily for us, a forum member from Coolaler.com has gotten his mits on a HD 2600 XT and put it through its paces. The card’s default clocks are 800MHz for the core and 2200MHz for the GDDR4 memory. On a Core 2 Extreme X6800 based system with an FSB of 2,933 MHz, the 2600XT scored a respectable 6,118 points in 3Dmark 06 and 10,802 in 05.
